**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and manage original, high-quality content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community experience.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, feedback, and opportunities for interaction.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the social media strategy.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the company’s social media presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Experience **:6 Months to 1 year

**Salary : 8k to 10k per month**
