Position SummaryWe are looking for an analytically minded, Digital Media Manager for Social Beat DigitalMarketing Agency to focus on developing, executing, optimize campaign and media planningacross Search, Display, Video & UAC/Mobile. This position has a focus on direct buying but will involve programmatic channels as well. Prior experience in programmatic is a plus.We are looking for smart, passionate, and experienced professionals who want to be part of aninnovative team in a rapidly evolving industry with minimum experience of 5 to 6 years.Key Responsibility Areas Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics,supported by dataTo have expertise in google ads and Meta ads Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting edge source fordigital media strategy Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audiencesegments Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, andsecure approval from clients) Develop the annual plan of strategy for the client Fair understanding off full funnel marketing & therefore lead planning & execution Can effectively use and guide the team on the use of tools Mentoring the junior team members. Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key accountassignments Participate in new business pitches, etc. Manage & onboard media publishers Ensure plans are executed flawlessly Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports ofkey meetings Lead and manage the budget and client billing processSkills 5 to 6+ years of experience working in media technology platforms. Demonstrates understanding of marketing funnels and media planning. Effective team and time management Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (GWI, ComScore, GA, GDS, GTM, etc.) Understanding of optimization platform basis the end goal of the client, Team player Thinks StrategicallyAbout Social BeatSocial Beat is a digital growth partner for leading brands and hyper scaling startups in India.
