Coordinate and manage administrative activities including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, and furniture
Schedule and organize appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Monitor and maintain office inventory
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Ensure office policies and procedures are adhered to
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve organizational goals
