**Position Overview**:
A Back Office Coordinator ensures the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and back-end processes in an organization. This role supports the front office and other departments by managing operations, documentation, and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Handle data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in all administrative work.
- **Communication Management**:
- Prepare and share reports, presentations, and memos as required.
- **Operations Coordination**:
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- **Data Management**:
- Compile and analyze data for generating performance reports.
- Update databases and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new employees.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Resolve minor issues or escalate them to relevant authorities.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of office management tools and software.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred.
- **Additional Skills**:
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
**Work Environment**:
- Based in an office setting with occasional interaction with clients and vendors.
- Requires sitting for extended periods and working on a computer.
