**Responsibilities**:

- Client Interaction: Welcome clients and visitors to the office and provide necessary assistance.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, and partners to gather and share required information.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of bills and bookkeeping in an organized manner.
- Vendor Relations: Track orders, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely updates.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Organize and set up appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Uphold and carry out office policies and procedures.
- Ensure the office workspace is maintained in an organized and professional state.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Graduate from commerce Banckground

**- Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

**- Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with GST processes is a must.
- Additional knowledge of import/export operations is a plus.

**- Attributes**:

- Professional demeanor and openness to learning.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

**- Experience**:

- Prior working experience is preferred.
- Location: Ghodbunder road, Thane West
