**Coordinator - CRM & CRM System**

**For increasing Alumni Engagement Digitally, with Amrita University**

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for handling and improving Amrita & Alma Shines alumni platform technically and your suggested content to make Alumni engagement easier to do.

Over time, understand Alumni technical engagement needs sufficiently to be able to build / purchase the entire alumni platform to be in our Amrita Architecture and web sites etc.

Work closely with the IT team, database team etc to understand how to use all our platforms to improvement engagement with our alumni and external relations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer field. Work experience includes interacting with digital media and people

5+ years of relevant work experience

Flexibility and the capacity to actively manage technology platforms for a global audience

Technical management & Technical understanding

Problem-solving & Strategic planning

Responsible, independent, prompt, and detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
