**Job Title**: Store Sales Executive
**Location**: On-site
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Commission
**Experience**: 2-5 years in Fashion Retail/Boutique

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized shopping experiences in the store.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, products, and the boutique’s offerings to assist customers.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective product recommendations, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash/credit card payments, and ensure smooth checkouts.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising, ensuring the display reflects current promotions, seasonal trends, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and enhance sales strategies.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in fashion retail or boutique sales.
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, with the ability to offer styling advice and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and foster positive relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing concerns.
- Team player with a passion for fashion and an enthusiasm for driving business success.
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
