**Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on various laboratory equipment, experimental setups, and instruments used in R&D activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure accurate experimental results.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and optimize performance.

**Facility Management**:Oversee the overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the R&D workspace, including laboratories and experimental areas.
Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and guidelines.

**Technical Support**:Provide technical support to researchers and scientists during experiments, including setup assistance, equipment adjustments, and data collection troubleshooting.
Assist in the design and fabrication of custom components, fixtures, or modifications to experimental setups as required.

**Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration results.
Document procedures and guidelines for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various equipment and setups.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with R&D teams to understand project requirements and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades.

**Training**:Provide training to researchers and new team members on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with the latest advancements in equipment maintenance and related technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably within an R&D or laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems used in laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with 3D modeling, CAD software, and rapid prototyping is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
