Job Description

1) Self-driven: Learn & participate in R&D projects focused on Acrylic Resins, Emulsion Polymerization, and Polyurethane.

2) Quick to adapt Technical points

Technical Problem Solving: Quickly adapt to new technical challenges and provide innovative solutions for production optimization. Should maintain the database and records and be supportive with their seniors.

3) Should have the ability to stretch extended hours :

Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines

4) Self motivator: Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work.

5) Strong in chemistry basics :

Strong fundamentals in organic and polymer chemistry. Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and apply them in real-world application with value proportion

6) Proactive :

Proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect the quality, efficiency, or timeline of the projects.

7) Zeal and passion to deliver the goals decided on time.

8) Should possess good communication skill: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
