Job Title: PROCESS Trainee - (International Voice/Non voice Process)

Location: Chennai DLF, Ramapuram

Qualification: Any UG graduates between are eligible

Shift timings: Night / Dayshift

Location: DLF Porur, Chennai (Block 1C &4th Floor)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:1. Calling & Non calling insurance Company on behalf of healthcare providers for claim status.

  1. Should handle US Healthcare Providers Billing.

  2. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.

  3. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.

  4. Analyze claims in case of rejections.

  5. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
