**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Independently prepare and manage all client quotations based on technical and commercial inputs.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and engineering teams to gather necessary information.
- Maintain a centralized quotation database with complete traceability.
- Proactively follow up on quotation status and update stakeholders.
- Ensure every quotation meets company pricing standards and client-specific requirements.
- Analyze quotation outcomes (win/loss) and provide regular performance reports.
- Manage documentation, version control, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address client inquiries regarding pricing, specifications, and timelines professionally.

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with numerical proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Fresher with typing.
- Proven ability to interpret technical/commercial data.
- Experience managing client interactions and internal coordination.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based industries.
- Basic understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma holders with strong relevant experience will be considered.
