**Field KYC Executive (Kotak)**

**Location**: All over Madhya Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
We are looking for **Field KYC Executives** to join our team and assist with customer verification processes. This is a field-based role requiring document collection, verification, and biometric authentication. If you are motivated, ready to travel, and meet the eligibility criteria, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **on-site KYC verification** for customers.
- Collect and validate documents as per company guidelines.
- Use **biometric devices** for authentication after completing initial milestones.
- Maintain accurate records and timely submission of verification reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline customer onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve targets and contribute to efficiency in KYC verification.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum qualification: 12th Pass**.
- **Age requirement: 18 - 30 years**.
- Willingness to work in a **field-based verification role**.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of KYC processes and document handling.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Fixed salary: ₹22,000 per month**.
- **Attractive incentive structure** for performance-based earnings.
- **Biometric device** provided after reaching initial milestone.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
