**Job description**
- The main goal is to develop business and sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers for demand and supply.
- As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling vehicle placement over the phone entirely.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the app downloading, load posting and vehicle placement service provided by the company.
- In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients (KYC) and maintain healthy relations with them.
- You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the deal efficiently.
- You are also responsible for the smooth payment process with the customers.
- The tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.
- One should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by sales team.
- Tele caller should able to negotiate freight price to close deals successfully.
**KRA of Tele-Callers**
- Obtaining and updating profiles of Shippers & Carriers.
- Calling Leads, Active and Prospecting Clients to encourage use of agrigator.
- Obtaining Loads (Intents) from shippers and close deals with the help of placement teams.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Answering customers' queries on the product.
- Pushing Customers to download app.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Managing Sales Cycle & Funnel.
