
Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Build rapport with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and address their concerns.
- **Sales Process**: Effectively navigate the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to articulate their value proposition to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record in telesales or sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
