**Position: Telesales Executive (wfo)**
**Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore**

**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
2.Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate sales leads.
3.Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
4.Handle objections and address customer concerns to facilitate sales closure.
5.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
6.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7.Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
8.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance selling effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
2.Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
3.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
4.Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
5.Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies (training will be provided).
6.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
