- Clearly explain DigitalVia's digital marketing services and their benefits to potential clients.
- Answer questions and address concerns about our services in a professional and informative manner.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss client needs in more detail.
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and interactions with potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on DigitalVia's services and offerings to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive and professional company image through every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients over the phone.
- Experience with lead generation and outbound calling techniques.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help businesses.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
