**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, addressing client needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying potential opportunities.
- Schedule online or in-person meetings for sales representatives to further pursue qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle objections and address client concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry (1-2 years preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, website design, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients over the phone.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (and any other relevant language is a plus).
