**Job Title: Medical Sales Representative**

**Location: Gandhinagar Kudasan**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

3. **Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Report weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
- Suggest strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

4. **Tender & Documentation Support (if applicable)**:

- Assist in preparing documents for government or institutional tenders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical equipment sales.

5. **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product updates and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in product training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and medical devices is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
- **Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.**
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
