**Job Description**:
**- PMO with strong knowledge in Billing & Invoicing processes, Expertise in Quality Audits and should be able to manage Internal & External Audits.**
- **Strong experience of Project Management activities across towers, Supervision of Project management activities and coordination with various SPOCs**:

- **Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills**:

- **Good knowledge of Resource Management, Onboarding-offboarding activities**:

- **Work & Resource Forecasting, maintenance of various trackers.**:

- **Generation of various reports WSR, MSR and involvement in billing & invoicing is expected**

**- ITIL Certification**
