Our client is a consulting firm and is looking for a PMO Consultant:

Key responsibilities:

1-Support PMO governance for large Capex and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project management standards and frameworks.

3-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using digital PMO tools (Primavera preferred).

4-Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and generate regular reports/dashboards for leadership review.

5-Assist in risk management by identifying project risks, maintaining risk registers, and supporting mitigation planning.

6-Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication.

Support in resource allocation, cost control, and performance tracking for ongoing projects.

7-Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and timelines.

8-Contribute to process improvements in project governance, reporting automation, and PMO tool optimization

Skills Required

1-2–5 years of consulting experience in PMO roles, preferably in Capex/large infrastructure projects.

2-Proficiency in digital PMO tools, with strong preference for Primavera (P6); exposure to MS 3-Project or other project management tools is a plus.

4-Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile principles desirable).

5-Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management/Commerce or related discipline (MBA/Project Management certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 desirable).
