**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with coordinating content for our artwork descriptions and ensuring accuracy through proofreading within the ChatGPT platform. This role involves working closely with our HR team, art curators, and freelance writer to maintain the quality and consistency of our gallery content directly within the ChatGPT interface.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload high-quality images of artworks to the ChatGPT platform.
- Organize and manage prompts created by experts for each artwork description within ChatGPT.
- Copy content generated by ChatGPT and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance directly within the ChatGPT interface.
- Ensure that ChatGPT-generated content aligns with the artwork and is free from vague or irrelevant information.
- Coordinate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with the content within ChatGPT.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to content coordination and proofreading within the ChatGPT platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Art, Art History, English, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of art and art terminology is preferred.
- Proficient in using ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
