We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our dynamic team and lead our content creation efforts. As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content while also overseeing a team of talented content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content creators and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Cross-platform Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that spans multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity throughout.

Idea Generation: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate fresh, creative ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Editorial and Technical Support: Offer expert guidance and support in terms of content development, creative direction, and technical aspects to enhance the quality and impact of content.

Social Media Ideation and Strategy: Develop innovative and effective social media posts and calendars that align with the overall content strategy and brand voice.

External Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies for blog creation and other content-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

Blog Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the blog calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content.
