**Job Responsibilities -Office Coordinator**
- Assist managers in day-to-day office coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, bills processing, filing, report generation.
- Support team members on various projects and assignments.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Any Graduate
