**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- **Property Showings**: Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about the features and benefits of each listing to prospective buyers.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competition, providing clients with relevant insights.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation to ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions, providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- **Licensing**: Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:
