. **Prepare regular reports on customer demand, order fulfillment, payment status, and satisfaction levels for management review.**

Coordinate with the Accounts department to update payment status and maintain accurate records of **Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.**Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement them in coordination with relevant teams.

**Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.**Liaise with the Marketing team to stay updated on customer feedback. **Monitor order status and keep customers informed on delivery timelines and any potential delays.**

Coordinate with the PPC team to align production schedules with customer demand and ensure timely product availability. **Collaborate with the management to define product offerings, features, and pricing strategies.**Understand customer needs and communicate them effectively to the PPC, Marketing, and Dispatch teams to meet demands. ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with the Production Planning and Control (PPC), Marketing, and Dispatch teams to meet customer demands effectively.
