**AGM/DGM BD & Marketing-West (Automotive Rubber Components)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Business Plan**
Ø Execute 3-5 year business plan with a minimum 30% CAGR after getting all Customers forecasts ( local and exports )
Ø Increase CPV by cross selling to existing and new customers ( local and exports )
Ø Product vs Customer mapping ; Competitor mapping
Ø Prepare and achieve yearly budgeted sales targets
Ø Expand our product portfolio with potential customers and OEMs to attain maximum market share
Ø Work towards a diversified portfolio by adding new products, new customers and entering into new segments to mitigate risks and increase profitability
Ø Periodically share Growth MIS with the Management
Ø Personally responsible for HMSI & Ancillaires PAN India for all 4 companies
**Customer management**
Ø Build relationships with various contacts at all key and potential customers
Ø Develop MEGA Rubber, Polyrub Plastics, Mega KLC & Mega HEFA as a brand and promote visibility
Ø Responsible for addition of new and existing products with new and existing customers
Ø Ensure SOB protection and work towards increase. Also increase the kit value per vehicle for all customers
Ø Track all RFQs from acquisition to LOI with more focus on monitoring of all RFQS above 65 lacs. PA across all locations
Ø
**Product costing**
Ø Set up a uniform process/system so that accurate and timely product costing can be submitted by working closely with BUHs
**Commercials**
Ø Prepare a methodology to ensure accurate data for price increase /decrease is available
Ø Get periodic price increase from all customers
Ø Ensure payments are received as per the agreed T&C (debtors control)
**Team Management**
Ø Recruit, orient and build the Business Development team
Ø Develop systems to ensure that a strong BD team is developed
Ø Build a strong MIS and reporting culture in the team and present a consolidated MIS to the Management periodically
Ø Customer audits and visits
Ø BD function to be represented for any system / IATF audit and important customer audits.
**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
