Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Real Estate Channel Sourcing Manager (Residential/Commercial) AGM/DGM/Sr. Executive. The role involves sourcing new channels for real estate projects, managing existing channels, developing and executing marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with developers, brokers, and clients, and ensuring successful project sales. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, overseeing market trends, and providing timely reports on channel performance and market activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate channel sourcing and management
  • Minimum Experience 2-5 Year
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and analytics
  • Ability to develop and execute effective channel strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record in sales and client management
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • Experience in the Pune region is a plus.
