**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Insights**:
- Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Analyse consumer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify insights that drive creative decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure creative concepts align with overall strategy and business priorities.
**Campaign Development**:
- Conceptualise and develop original ideas that are innovative, engaging, and on-brand.
- Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate strategic direction, target audience insights, and campaign goals to design, content, and media teams.
**Content Strategy & Execution**:
- Work with content creators to develop compelling narratives, messaging, and visual concepts that connect with consumers emotionally and drive engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall brand strategy and enhances the customer experience.
**Brand Development & Maintenance**:
- Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring that all creative work aligns with and enhances the brand’s values and identity.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns in a variety of industries (e.g., consumer goods, tech, entertainment, fashion, etc.).
- Experience working in both B2C and B2B environments is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into creative concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing or leading creative teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
