Job Description: Creative Strategist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Writing & Content Development**:

- Craft original, engaging, and persuasive content across formats including taglines, campaign concepts, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Develop storytelling frameworks that enhance brand messaging and captivate target audiences.
- **Campaign Ideation & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas that align with business objectives.
- Develop strategic content plans that integrate seamlessly across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- **Research & Insight Generation**:

- Conduct research on target demographics, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform creative strategies.
- Leverage insights to craft narratives that resonate on an emotional and intellectual level.
- **Execution & Oversight**:

- Partner with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure creative vision is brought to life across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the quality of creative deliverables to maintain originality, impact, and relevance.
- **Client Engagement & Presentation**:

- Present creative concepts and strategic plans to clients confidently and persuasively.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and ideas that elevate campaigns.
- **Trend Spotting & Innovation**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years in a creative strategy or related role.
- **Education**:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory. We value innate creativity and a proven track record in storytelling above all else.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional creative writing and copywriting abilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in presenting ideas through impactful visual and verbal storytelling.
- Understanding of branding principles and audience engagement techniques.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- A natural storyteller with an innovative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
