As a Creative Strategist, you will be the mastermind behind innovative and effective influencer campaigns.- You'll blend creativity with data-driven insights to develop strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.Key Campaign Development:- Develop original campaign concepts tailored to clients brand goals, audience, and platform dynamics.- Craft compelling narratives and briefs for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging.Strategic Planning:- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from ideation to execution, including influencer selection, content themes, and distribution plans while ensuring there's synergy between what's planned and what's being executed.- Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions.Client Collaboration:- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, pitch ideas, and refine strategies based on feedback.- Present creative concepts and campaign plans to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Cross-functional Coordination:- Partner with internal teams (accounts, production, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.- Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that meets both brand and creator objectives.Performance Optimization:- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future 2+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer-led campaigns.Creative Vision & Execution:- Strong storytelling and conceptual skills with an eye for visually engaging content.- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.Analytical Mindset:- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.Communication Skills:- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and Capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration (ref:iimjobs.com)
