Collection Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact assigned borrowers to collect overdue loan installments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including calls made, payments received, and any outstanding balances.
- Develop rapport and build trust with borrowers to understand their repayment challenges and find solutions.
- Negotiate and agree on workable repayment plans with borrowers facing financial difficulties.
- Conduct field visits to meet borrowers in person when necessary.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to the next level of collection (e.g., supervisor, legal team) as per company policy.
- Ensure adherence to all MFI regulations and ethical collection practices.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly collection targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum diploma or graduation in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in sales, customer service, or collections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Malayalam
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
- Valid two-wheeler driver's license

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
