About Us:

Kallarackal Ladies Collection is a leading retail brand specializing in women's fashion, accessories, and cosmetics. With a strong legacy and growing digital presence, we are now looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and elevate our online identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation
  • Plan, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels) that aligns with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with photographers and store team for product highlights and customer-based content.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage daily operations of our social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule with high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor and respond to all DMs, comments, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to increase brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Post Scheduling & Campaign Planning
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar to schedule and optimize posts across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan weekly/monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track content performance using basic insights (reach, engagement, etc.)
  • Suggest improvements based on data and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
