**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To work with a team guide and support them to get suitable placement offers
- Create opportunities and explore with employers for vacancies to match skill sets of students to suitable jobs
- Provide a thorough understanding of the Job Market & Job Trends to the students.
- Create partnerships with employers who can offer youth potential job placements, work experience, OJT, and workplace visit opportunities.
- Build a strong network with employers and placement partners ensuring effective referral placements for the Students
- Monitor and gather feedback from employers with respect to training inputs - Support placement officers in Conducting Mock Interviews both on Technical/Non-Technical and Personality Development Activities.
- Effective Pre-placement counseling to the students
- Monitor and consolidate retentions data and update the same to the location manager
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by the program Key Skills
- MS-Word MS-Excel MS-PowerPoint Internet Skills Strong communication skills and networking Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influential skills with the ability to adapt the style of all levels of management Strong Analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Team management skills Required Experience and Qualifications

Required qualification: Any Graduate or post-graduate in social work or equivalent.**Required experience: 2-3 years’ experience in dealing with Corporate Employers & Employability Projects

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
