**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and execute a social media content calendar.
- Create and post engaging content, including images, videos, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals.

**Social Media Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Plan and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

**Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build a loyal community.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and sales conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

**Brand Collaboration & Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to the home decor and furnishing industry.
- Manage influencer partnerships and track campaign performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram).
- Strong creative writing, photo, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of social media advertising, campaign management, and analytics.
- Passion for home decor and furnishings is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
