Qatar Airways is looking for experienced staff to join our Finance team as ERP Support Coordinator to support its newly established Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Ahmedabad, India.

This position will be responsible in overseeing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, perform troubleshooting activities and interacting with ERP users of Qatar Airways Group for smooth operation. The Coordinator will manage the master data across ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. An important aspect of this role is to conduct verification calls with suppliers globally during registration to confirm bank details to prevent fraud.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage Customer and Supplier master data.
- Ensure workflow request received from department are processed as per SLA to ensure timely billing, invoicing, payment and preparation of purchase order.
- Support users in using Payables, Receivables, Fixed assets and Purchasing & Inventory modules effectively by providing assistance as and when required.
- Ensure timely & accurate period closing, support and coordinate period closing activity with finance team.
- Test solutions given by Oracle and coordinate with IT to implement the solution to production instance.

**Qualification - External**
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance and Accounting with 2 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Oracle ERP Finance Modules
- Prefer with Oracle certification in Finance Modules.
- Excellent communication skills.
