Front Office Supervisor

**Core Responsibilities**
- **Guest Services Management**:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Supervise front desk staff (receptionists, bellhops, concierge).
- Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
- Prepare reports (occupancy, revenue, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Relay important information to staff and management.
- Ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- **Cash & Billing Management**:
- Oversee billing and payment processes.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and financial discrepancies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
