**Job Title**: Cypress Automation Tester

**Experience**: 5 - 8 Years**Location**: Pune (Hybrid)**Client**: Vodafone**Employment Type**: On ALIQAN Payroll (C2H / Long-Term Contract)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement **automated test scripts** using **Cypress and JavaScript**.
- Perform **API automation** testing to validate backend functionality and integration.
- Develop and maintain **BDD test scenarios** using **Cucumber**.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business analysts to define test strategies and ensure quality coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and defect triage meetings.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous test improvement initiatives.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Cypress** - Strong hands-on experience in UI automation.
- **JavaScript** - Advanced scripting and debugging skills.
- **API Automation** - Using tools or frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, or built-in Cypress features.
- **Cucumber** - Experience implementing BDD frameworks.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Familiarity with Git version control.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
