Personal Secretary to Dean

Reporting to: The Dean
Experience: 5 years till 14 years only.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:Day shift
PRIOR experience in a educational institution(colleges/polytechnic/schools) in a similar role is MANDATORY.
Description:
- **Administrative Support**: Managing the Principal's schedule, making appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- **Communication**: Answering phones, handling correspondence, and distributing messages.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining student records, attendance data, and other school records.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Typing, filing, data entry, and other general office duties.
- **Office Management**: Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- **Student Support**: Assisting with student registration, attendance, and other administrative processes.
- **Principal Support**: Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for the Principal.
Skills required for the role:
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- **Organization**: The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks is crucial.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs, is often required.
- **Problem-Solving**: The ability to handle various situations and find solutions is important.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: The ability to work effectively with staff, parents, students, and the public is essential.
