Nuclei is currently undergoing expansion across **Asia, SEA & MEA**

**As Finance Executive you will **
- Manage/Overview business finance reconciliations and reporting for all the products.
- Design and drive payment and settlement processes for multiple marketplace products in the most efficient way.
- Handle cash flow planning, Banking, and Treasury operations.
- Collaborate with technology teams for automation of finance processes.
- Manage to Read Agreements & Draft Legal Notices.
- Handle All Legal & MCA Compliances and ensure compliance with all the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
- Set up the operations and processes for business finance in line with the accounting standards.
- Handle tax compliance (both Direct and Indirect), filing of returns, payment, litigation, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Good To Have**
- CA with 0-2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. (Dropouts can also apply).
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, SQL and Data Analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Accounting, Taxation and MCA Compliance.
- Has the hunger to learn new skills and the confidence to pursue something new.
