**Description**
**SVP, Accounting & Finance**
ResultsCX is looking for a highly capable, experienced executive to join the finance team as SVP Finance, responsible for all aspects of financial management of the company’s various business units.

**In this role you will**:

- Partner with operating and front end teams to drive pipeline and bookings management, revenue and margins for business units
- Operate as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic and tactical insights to improve operating and financial performance
- Work with operating leaders to drive cost efficiencies and ways of working to improve SLAs and financial outcomes
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports and analyses for senior management
- Collaborate with support functions to drive internal transformation projects
- Collaborate with the controllership and IT teams to design implement a company wide ERP system
- Work closely with sales leaders to institutionalize commercial and pricing best practices - and drive successful renewals of existing client contracts
- Work closely with the Corporate finance team to provide analyses and insights to the Board and key investors
- Direct the process for developing the annual operating budget, to include communication and coordination. Interact with senior management in the development of targets, assumptions and strategic issues to be incorporated into the annual budget and planning process.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop a global, high performance finance team

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- 15+ years of experience in operating finance roles
- Qualified CA or MBA from a premier educational institution
- Significant experience in a high growth, fast paced environment
- Experience working in a global business, familiarity working with colleagues from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds, and with teams in different time zones
- Ability to take calculated risks to help grow the business
- Experience with integrations of medium to large acquisitions, and being part of core teams driving synergies to achieve investment theses
- Experience with ERP and data / reporting systems across global enterprises
