Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and online platforms, understand client needs (buy/sell/rent), and build strong, lasting relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
2. Site Visits & Property Coordination:
Schedule and conduct property visits, coordinate with owners/builders for availability, and ensure seamless experiences for prospective clients during inspections.
3. Lead Conversion & Deal Closure:
Follow up on leads, present suitable property options, address objections, and close deals efficiently with strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Database & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools, and ensure listings are up to date with relevant details and availability.
5. Market Awareness & Internal Collaboration:
Stay informed on local real estate trends and pricing, gather market and competitor insights, and work closely with the internal team (legal, documentation, leadership) to ensure smooth transactions.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
