Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for chemical products. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and target potential customers in the chemical industry, generating leads and converting them into sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the chemical industry.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to inform management decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
- **Travel**: Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand and explain technical information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
