Duties & Responsibilities
- Data compilation in Excel / Doc as per standard format.
- Validation data preparation & follow up with customer.
- Quotation preparation for Validation / Calibration / AMC.
- Order processing in system for Validation / Calibration / AMC.
- Planning and managing Validation report agst engineer data submission.
- Coordination with field engineers for data.
- Coordination with internal team.
- Maintaining reference document of calibration & validation
- Filing of reference document of calibration & validation
- Maintaining all data for analysis of related work
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customer to ensure resolution and proper follow up
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
