**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign success.
- Efficient enough to handle customer’s requirements on individual and group levels.
- Schedule appointments or product demos where required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a tele-caller, tele-sales representative, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English and Hindi languages.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Pay: ₹9,895.69 - ₹25,000.76 per month
