Designation: Sales Advisor - Capital Markets (Institutional Equity Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate strong relationships with institutional portfolio managers and deliver exceptional investment ideas.
- Manage marketing, meetings, conference calls, and industry events with clients in a demanding, entrepreneurial, and dynamic team environment.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with asset/portfolio managers, buy-side analysts, hedge fund managers, pension funds, and traders, ensuring that firm research is disseminated and company management teams are introduced to appropriate clients.
- Provide daily research calls stocks banknifty viaclient Services to assigned accounts.
- Develop account relationships with portfolio managers, analysts, hedge fund managers, and traders that have the potential for daily/weekly trading business with the Firm.
- Penetrate potential new clients through the appropriate selective deployment of Advisory platforms. Sales are consultative, and meetings with appropriate Company team members are key.
- Provide timely feedback to the team on client interaction, comments, concerns, etc., to ensure the highest level of performance on behalf of the Firm.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- A minimum of 02-5 years of experience in equity research or institutional equity sales with direct previous experience selling research and small cap stock ideas to institutional TRadings, banknifty, andTradings.
- Must have an excellent understanding of equity Tradings Services behalf on clients on call. products and be tracking Indian capital markets.
- Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
