**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Life Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients, helping them choose life insurance policies that best meet their needs and financial goals. You will build strong relationships with clients, assess their financial situations, and offer personalized insurance solutions that offer security and peace of mind.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and concerns.
- Assess clients’ current insurance coverage and recommend appropriate life insurance plans.
- Provide clear explanations of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life policies.
- Develop customized insurance solutions tailored to the individual needs of each client.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the insurance industry and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing coverage and address any changes in their circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with claims or policy updates when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines regarding insurance sales and documentation.
