**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell investment products and services including mutual funds, insurance, and fixed-income instruments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate investment strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory developments
- Prepare and present customized investment proposals
- Participate in sales training, product briefings, and marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in financial sales, banking, insurance, or investment advisory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial needs and offer tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Certification in AMFI/NISM (Mutual Fund or Insurance License) is a plus
