**About the Organization**:
**Going to School **is a creative not-for-profit education trust that makes design-driven stories to equip millions of children and young people with the 21st Century Sustainable Entrepreneurial skills they need to be able to solve for Climate Change where they live**. **We design large-scale programs to enable children and young people, with a special focus on girls, to complete their education and transition from school to sustainable enterprise of their choice, transforming cities to become giant sustainable places to play and becoming the Climate Change entrepreneurs we need to change everything. We are currently working on the _Climate Change Enterprise Action Program_, which aims to empower women through up-skilling opportunities in the context of Climate Change, green skills and sustainable enterprise development in the city of Bengaluru and Mumbai.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Interviews**: Interview 300+ women across the city, who are interested in participating in the _Climate Change Enterprise Action Program_. The interviews will focus on understanding their current skills, aspirations, and willingness to engage in climate change-related enterprise development, time they have available for the same. Interviews will be conducted in person, on site in a low income community. This is why travel is essential.
- **Data Collection & Documentation**: Record and document key findings from the interviews. Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
- **Report Writing**: Analyse interview data to generate comprehensive reports. The reports will summarise participant insights, trends, and provide actionable recommendations to inform program strategy and development.
- **Language Proficiency**: Conduct interviews in Hindi/Marathi and write reports in English. Ensure the accurate translation and interpretation of key information where necessary.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with the project management team to align research objectives with program goals. Ensure timely completion of interview schedules and reporting deadlines.
- **Travel**: Travel within Mumbai and surrounding areas to meet and interview women participants. Travel will be required on a regular basis for conducting in-person interviews.
- **Support Program Development**: Provide qualitative insights that help tailor the program content and delivery methods based on the needs and preferences of the women interviewed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Interviewing & Report Writing Skills**: Experience in conducting interviews and writing research reports. Ability to synthesize information into clear, structured reports.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain high standards of accuracy while recording and reporting findings.
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience working in business writing, research, community outreach for skills or gender-focused projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with climate change, enterprise development, and sustainability initiatives is an added advantage.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
