
Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues
- Document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high service quality standard
Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: Graduation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (voice or non-voice)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (Gujarati preferred)
- Good listening skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
