**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive quantitative aptitude training programs aligned with exam syllabi (e.g., CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE).
- **Teaching and Facilitation**: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing effective teaching methodologies and techniques.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Personalized Guidance**: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges.
- **Content Creation**: Develop study materials, practice tests, and other resources to enhance student learning.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, exam patterns, and quantitative aptitude techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quantitative aptitude concepts, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning styles.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams (e.g., CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE).
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of quantitative aptitude software or tools.
